"An Act making and amending appropriations and                                
reappropriations; making and amending appropriations under art.

constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective             
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House rescind previous action in passing HCS CSSB 32(FIN) am H                 
(page 1689).                                                                   
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 32(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific               
purpose of considering Amendment No. 13.  There being no objection,
